Ashley Cotter



Ashley started dancing at the age of 3. She danced in competitive studios till she was 19. During this time she went to numerous conventions, was the co-captain of her high school dance team, and performed in 3 Bowl games. She then attended SHSU in Huntsville, TX where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in performance dance. While attending SHSU she was an NFL cheerleader for the Houston Texans for 3 years and a captain 1year. While with the Texans she performed with Clay Walker, Toby Keith and did many performances for the Super Bowl including Rock’n Jock and TRL with artist Chingy. Ashley also performed and choreographed for an up and coming artist, Scenic Woods. They traveled to NYC and performed on 2 different shows for BET. She was also chosen by Wade Robson and Marty Kudelka to perform with them in shows in the Houston area. Ashley has been teaching dance since she was 16. Her award winning choreography includes the following styles; hip hop, jazz, contemporary, modern, tap, acrobatics, Broadway and ballet. For the past 9 years she has choreographed an extensive number of routines for soloists, small and large groups.
